This website is operated by 3D Creation House, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2.Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Because every piece is printed and finished by hand, small variations in colour, texture and layer finish are natural and not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3.Custom orders
By uploading photos you confirm that you have the right to use them and consent of the people pictured. We may decline requests that infringe copyright or trademarks, or that we consider inappropriate. Production begins only after you approve the 3D preview.
4.Orders and payment
Orders are placed on our website and sent to us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we have verified your UPI payment. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled, with a full refund of any amount paid.
5.Intellectual property
All website content, product designs and 3D models created by us remain the intellectual property of 3D Creation House. Custom models made from your photos are used only to fulfil your orders.
6.Product safety
Our products are decorative items. Toys are recommended for ages 6 and above and contain small parts. Lamps should be used only with the supplied power accessories.
7.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
