1.Processing time
Every product is printed to order. Ready-made products are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Custom miniatures are dispatched 7–10 working days after you approve your 3D preview.
2.Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Remote locations and North-East states: 5–9 working days after dispatch
3.Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Express delivery, where available, is shown at checkout.
4.Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp and email. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5.Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in tissue, cushioned with recycled paper fill and packed in a double-walled corrugated box. Fragile items include additional foam protection.
6.International shipping
We currently ship to the UAE, USA, UK, Singapore and Australia. International shipping charges and any applicable customs duties are shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7.Delays
Courier delays can occur during festivals, extreme weather or unforeseen events. We will proactively keep you informed and help resolve any delivery issues with our courier partners.
